I mean yeah technically speaking, sure, it's a bike, but I think we both know this isn't what bike racks are for

Hey, if it fits, might as well lock it up.  Mopeds are as easy to steal as a bike after all.

This might be acceptable/legal for a moped. Some municipalities such as my own allow anything under 50cc to be parked on the sidewalk or attached to a bike rack. Scooters and mopeds are a lot smaller than motorcycles and it’s pretty easy to pick up and steal a moped.

If you really think about it, aren’t mopeds just bikes with 2-strokes or 4-strokes built right into the body
